Cannot unsuspend account.

I think my account got suspended due to inactivity, but I am unable to unsuspend it now.
I tried to do so by going to the x10hosting login page, no luck, wont let me log in.
Logged into the forum, and tried again.

I can log into Forum & Support, but not the hosting site. it says there are no hosting accounts associated with the forum username.

My site was working fine before it got suspended.

And my site is a completely legit site.

Please let me know what the problem is.

The system shows an Account ID SFP0672009028 and cPanel name designsx , but the AIP throws an error.
Will escalate so the Admins can sort this out and give you an answer.
