Cannot Unsuspend My Account

Hi, I am currently unable to unsuspend my account that is suspended. I've been on an extended vacation and haven't had time to log into my x10 Forum Account which is why I was suspended. I love x10Hosting so I wish to stick with the service but I am unable to unsuspend my account. If an administrator would kindly unsuspend my account I would be very happy.

My account does not have any suspension notices; however, my site has the suspended page blocking my site. I tried logging into the cPanel to fix this but it said invalid name. Should I just make a new account? I'm confused.
