I'm now on Boru and cannot log in to upload files. My website is still hosted (www.leagueofmentalmen.co.uk), so I presume I'm not suspended (don't know of a reason why I would be anyway).
I haven't tried to upload anything for a while (maybe a month?) so I don't know how long the problem has been going on. I first noticed it on Friday, which is when all the upheaval with the servers was still going on, so I just assumed it was that and left it alone for a few days.
However, I'm still having the same problem today.
My username is bovril, and I'm trying to connect to ftp.leagueofmentalmen.co.uk using FileZilla.
The log from FileZilla is:
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220---------- Welcome to Pure-FTPd [privsep] [TLS] ----------
Response: 220-You are user number 6 of 50 allowed.
Response: 220-Local time is now 09:29. Server port: 21.
Response: 220-This is a private system - No anonymous login
Response: 220-IPv6 connections are also welcome on this server.
Response: 220 You will be disconnected after 5 minutes of inactivity.
Command: USER bovril
Response: 331 User bovril OK. Password required
Command: PASS *****
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server
I also can't reset or change my password because I can't access CPanel (it says try again later).
