Cannot upload images

So, I just started a free site & when I try to upload my theme images for my site through FTP, it won't let me. It won't let me move the images folder to the FTP images section.

Can anyone help me?

you can just use the cpanel, file manager which allows browse to find the image on your PC, choose where you want to upload and thats it. For multiple images I have a folder "images" . On my own PC I Zip all images into an archive, upload in one go and then once uploaded use extrct function on cpanel to unzip

I tried that & the images never showed up on the theme I uploaded

Hi, please could you tell us more about the problem. Do the images not show up in CPanel or your website? Your images have different file names, so it wont show up on your website unless you change the code of the theme or delete the old image and rename the new image to the name of the old one; if you get what I'm talking about. But again, please could you explain your problem a bit more.
