cannot upload my files using dreamweaver or fileza

access: ftp
ftp host: (mysite.com) I registered it
host directory: public_html
login: (my cpanel usename)
password: (my cpanel pass)

I also tried checking the "use passive FTP" checkbox, but still
an ftp error occured!!!

In the Host Name field, enter the FTP Server name
example; FTP server is ftp.phpuser.x10hosting.com.

In the User Name field, enter your FTP Username as it is
example; FTP username is uploader@phpuser.x10hosting.com.

Fill in the Password field.

In the Initial Directory field, enter the name of your account directory on the FTP server.
enter a slash in the field. /

Click OK.

now I got it, instead of using the domain name as my ftp host, I use its IP ad, It worked.

my problem now is I cannot see my web page. I had registered my domain name about 5 days ago now, and have uploaded the files to public_html. I got nothing. I checked the folder in panel the files in there. I changed the home.html to index.html, still nothing!!! what's the problem
