Cannot Upload themes to smf

I try to upload themes to smf now in SmartFTP and it just says

Transfer failed. Use the Transfer Queue for automatic retries.

It was working fine a minute ago

Try uploading them through SMF itself. You can do that in "Themes and Layout" under Configuration in the Admin CP. I've also been noticing that other people are having issues with FTP, hopefully the staff will be able to explain what's happening.

Looks full to me. Your account might not have hit its maximum limit, but it does appear that one of the discs is full to bursting. Betting that's causing problems for a lot of users right now :S
