Cannot use mysqldumper

Hi, can you tell me please how to get mysqldumper (remote sql agent) work with x10hosting. I really think that it's a vital tool for making good backups and restoring databases.

I also founs that you need IP adress to allow remote sql. Is it my personal IP that you need? I'm using a dynamic IP adress, it's always changing. What's the solution please???

We can only allow static IP addresses to the firewall. The MySQL server can only be accessed locally unless we set a rule for an IP to get through. It's setup this way for maximum security.

Thank you for your answer, i've installed mysqldumper on my site and want to do backups of it.

Should i give you my site URL so that it could connect to mysql?? Thnx

You will not be able to connect to it without a static IP sorry. The port is blocked and we are only able to allow static IPs on the allow list.
