Cannot use priority support.

I cant use the priority support function. I have paid static hosting. It says :
The System Admin has not configured this feature yet. So can you configure it?

If you where paid static hosting you would be a VIP user in the forums not a hosting member.

You've been upgraded to a VIP member; Also, that error sounds like the one in cPanel. We do not use cPanel's support system. We either use the priority support forum here or you can use the ticket support in http://x10hosting.com/clients/index.php
