Cannot view my webpage

I created a folder called "test1" with a file inside called "home.html" inside the directory of slater123.x10.mx

The URL to view this page should be "http://slater123.x10.mx/test1/home.html". Could you please get back to me on why this is not working.

It is because you just set up your account.
It takes awhile for the system to reconfigure itself so it knows where to find your domain.
Give it a couple of hours.
