Here is my exact error message:

I tried flushing the DNS cache and no luck. I still receive this page. On another computer, I can view this page, and on the 3G service, I can view this page, is there something I\'m not doing right?

Ok. This thread can be closed. I figured out the issue, although it is still a little quirky at times. I was using Google Chrome as the web-browser, and what it looked like was that the "pre-fetch dns" setting was checked. So i unchecked this setting and cleared all of the browsing data/cache and then restarted chrome and it shows.
