Cannot view/reply escalated tickets.

Hi guys,

I'm referencing this problem back at my old thread you could find here (and I did not re-open it because the problem is another now!). As I saw my support request was escalated, I've tried to open the new support link. I got a message saying

It appears that we are having some slight difficulties, please wait and try your request again. (D38A904F)
No problems so far, as I believed it was just some work being done there.
So I tried again the next day. Still same error. Not just that, today I saw a reply to this escalated request via email requesting me to try some things. I just tried that and got no solution. The problem is... I can't tell that to the assigned support person as I cannot reply to the email, because there's a warning saying I shouldn't reply the email because my response will not be read; and gave me a link instead, which is the same link I cannot open. So I can't answer to the support request at all.
