Hi,

In March, I submitted a thread about my free website being down. I heard that a cause of that is because you need to visit the forums every once in a while or something. However, when I originally signed up for this free website, I also purchased the Inactivity Timer subscription so that I wouldn't have to log in a check the forums at all: http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/114795-inactivity-timer-paid-subscription.html .

Here is my website: http://skmcintosh.elementfx.com . It does not work and I don't remember how long it's been down. I thought at first it may be because there was work being done on the servers, but now know that couldn't be the case.

What's going on? Please help me with this. I use this site as a blog and none of my viewers are able to view anything...

Thanks for the help,
sherry

I see, I will escalate this to the support staff to see if they can restore your files. Is that ok with you?

Yes, please (I thought this was support...I created a support ticket). I would hate to lose everything - especially the time my son spent designing my site. :frown:

So you're saying my site doesn't even exist?

No, there may still be backups of your site. It may have gotten lost in the transfer that is all.
