You are on the cossacks server. Those accounts are being moved to a different server. I am not sure on the exact time frame of how long this move will take but this is why you can't access your site.

Been waiting for u to move my account to another server and until now can not acess my site and now i got this error:
"An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."

Hello,
Sorry just answer you now but i had a car accident so i was being on recover.
I believe my last login was on 10 November and on 11 november i posted this thread.

I have the same problem, but I have to admit I didnt login in my cpanel account for 2 weeks, because my PC got a virus... I preferred not connect to Internet to expand it...

How can I get my account back to normal??

Your problems are due to the server work going on. You will have to wait until all the server work is completed before everything can be returned to normalcy.

Your problems are due to the server work going on. You will have to wait until all the server work is completed before everything can be returned to normalcy.
