Canot log in to Cpanel

I am having problems loging into cpanel,

everytime i type my username and password in its is saying

Login Attempt Failed

Help Please.

I am seeing a "Domain Available" when i go to your site. This can be a couple of things. The account was not created properly or the account has not been fully created yet and still needs to propagate to the proper IP.

I've just checked and your account is correctly created and working.

Can you access your website: http://hardeuphoria.pcriot.com ?
Try to access to cPanel by: http://74.86.116.190:2082/

If you still can't login, a staff member will reset your cPanel password and send you a new one by PM.

I have just tried to access the cpanel with the password you sent me but it still doesnt seem to work could there ne anything i could be doing wrong or is juts the passwords??
