Have you made any changes to this account? Have you ever been able to access the cPanel?

You can change the cPanel password in your hosting account panel (once logged in with your forum details). It is on the left hand side, towards the middle. If this doesn't work PM me with the confirmation e-mail you received when signing up for the hosting account and I will see what further actions can be taken to resolve this.

oh. Sorry about that, I thought there was another user hijacking the thread. Can you try accessing your cPanel through a proxy?

Were you ever able to log in? Do you still need support with this issue?

I have the same problem:
Received the x10Hosting - Ad-Free Hosting Account Created! email on 22-feb-2008 1:00am.
I can access the http://x10hosting.com/account with my forum username: hectorg and password ****
But never could access the cpanel. I tried changing the password, but it still wont let me in. I tried changing the hosting address, but it wont help. I tried accessing the cpanel on http://74.86.116.190:2082/login/, same thing. I think the problem is with the username/password on cpanel.
Any clues please?
Thanks.

The error I get is: Login Attempt Failed!
