Can't acces cPanel login

My site is @ http://lisandrolorea.com.ar (or http://noidexe.exofire.net).

• Website doesn't load ("The connection has timed out The server at lisandrolorea.com.ar|noidexe.exofire.net is taking too long to respond")
• Can't access cPanel login screen ("The connection has timed out The server at lisandrolorea.com.ar|noidexe.exofire.net is taking too long to respond")
• Can't access mailserver ("Connection to server mail.lisandrolorea.com.ar timed out")

This site loads for me. Try clearing your cache. You could be involved in the Global Crossing Issue.

I've cleaned up my cache and I still get the same error.
lisandrolorea.com.ar and noidexe.exofire.net both resolve to 74.86.133.216 and then Firefox Reports that the server is taking to long to respond.
I get the same problem in firefox explorer, ffox for linux, konqueror, etc. There is also about 30 people who told me they can't access the website.

This seems to be a problem with Global Crossing, and it is beyond x10. So you just need to wait for Global Crossing to resolve it.
