Can't acces our cPanels

Hi there... Last week my son, my daughter and I, were connected to internet with my computer on a public place (free wi-fi in Mexico) and since then all 3 of us can't acces our cPanel. Please, we need your help... i don't know if it is a temporary problem with X10HOSTING server or if it is a problem with our IP adress of our computer but we need to acces our respective cPanel soon because each one of us need to update some data of our websites.

Hi. Going by the image text, the anti-abuse system thinks you have more than one free account. Only one is allowed. Are you and your family logging into the very same ttveo... free account?

Hi. No, the "ttveo" account is mine, and my daughter has her own account, so is my son. But the 3 of us use the same computer beacuse we have only one computer at home.

Hi. Three accounts on the one computer would be the issue, as to stop abuse, x10 allows one account per IP / computer.
I have three websites on my one (1) account.
1 parked domain and two addon domains ... which is fine
Whereas you have three websites, on three (3) accounts on the same computer / IP
