Can't access account panel or site

When I go to my account panel, I get this error:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

Your problem is due to the server work going on. You will have to wait until all the server issues are resolved.
