can't access account panel

I log into the account but my cpanel on http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082/ doesn't open.

Please assist.

Remember that your AP (x10hosting.com/panel.php) information is not the same that your cpane linformation, you can get your cpanel information insde your AP (x10hosting.com/panel.php).
Your cpanel username is: genci

Yes, in fact in account panel says

cPanel url: http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082 and it doesn't open.

Hi,

Please clean your cache and flush your dns, the cpanel url is working in this moment.
Also you can try to view that with any web proxy
