just got back after 2 years of absence i dont know if my hosting account is still active

There is no hosting account attached to your forum account. Accounts inactive for 31 days will be suspended and then terminated in around 14 more days if there it's not automatically unsuspended by you or support. Feel free to sign up for a new account. First login to your account panel with your forum username and password. Then sign up for a new account through that so that hosting and forum accounts are linked when done.
