Cant access account

cant login with my user name. reset password and logged in using my email add. says "Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account."

site was fine a while ago. help please?

Your account (username "wmneo") appears to be suspended for inactivity, but not terminated as that error message seems to suggest, and you should be able to login and unsuspend the account yourself. Are you certain that you are logging in with the right credentials?

Thank you. Yesterday, i couldn't even log in. Today I am able to unsuspend myself.
