Can't Access Acount through Domain Name.

I recieved my hosing 2 days ago, I changed my name servers to the right direction, but I can not yet access my acount through my domain ( www.katieholmesmexico.com ). Can you help me with it?

aaa... did you check the IP address, if you make one mistake on it, your site will not respond to x10hosting....

What exactly do you mean about th IP Address, where do I have to paste the Ip Address, in order for my domain to respond?
