Can't Access C-panel

Hello,

I just signed up for X10hosting. When I try to log on to the C-Panel it keeps telling me my login has failed. I can get into my account information with my password just fine.

It seems my password has been revoked for the C-Panel???

No, you're simply using the wrong log-in information. In order to log in to your cPanel, you'll need to use your hosting username and password and not the data that you use to log in to the forum...

That is where I have been trying to log into. The same link in the Detailed Hosting Account Information.

For some reason a few people have had this same issue, the info is correct but haven't been able to login. Most people fix this issue by clearing all temp files, flushing their DNS, and even going as far as resetting their modems\routers\computer. For some reason it gets cached somewhere a long the line that you failed to login and even when you enter the correct info it still says it's wrong.

I did everything that you said to.

I was able to get to the control panel via another computer, but not the one that I want to use.

I did notice that on the "other" computer when the C-Panel came up it had a slightly different look and a place to reset your password???

Looks like the CPanel got a face lift and probably the reason that I was not able to log in earlier.

Everything seems to be working OK now.
