Can't access control panel or FTP

Hello, when I log into my account, it says I don't have a web page, and when I try the direct link to the control panel, which used to work, it says "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at stoli.x10hosting.com:2083". However, I can browse the page on the web, but can't log into my FTP account. Help would be appreciated. Thank you.

link [ stoli.x10hosting.com:2083 ] is to a server that was replaced by sever [ Absolut - IP 198.91.81.2 ] which was replaced by server [ xo1 - IP 198.91.81.2 ]
try [ https://xo1.x10hosting.com:2083 ] you will be sent to [ https://x10hosting.com/sso/login ]

Thank you for your reply. I logged into your link, I added my web site, however, there are still only links to "File Manager", "FTP Users", and "Manage Email", but not to cPanel. If you could tell me how to log into my cPanel as well, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

That is your cPanel; you just happen to be using our custom "Basic" cPanel theme. You can switch to the standard cPanel theme by clicking "Switch to cPanel x3" in the top right corner
