can't access control panel

when i click on link to go to my control panel it says page can not be found,

What is the address in the URL? Are you referring to the user account control panel or cPanel?

its when i click on the login to c panel button is say page can not be displayed

I still don't know which panel you are referring to, could you please post the URL that is displayed.

Can you see your own site?
Are you behind a school/work firewall/proxy/etc that might be blocking the port 2083?

I have tryed the link above and i get the message connection to server was reset. I have also tryed to access via my login but no success , however i can connect to my website via ftp but i cant move / edit files ?

all fixed now , Spoke to my work as it was blocked via there firewall
