Can't access Cpanel and there is a 'MySQL Query Error'

I have tried both 'chopinnew.x10hosting.com' and 'chopin.x10hosting.com', and can't enter Cpanel.

So I can't set my database without go to Cpanel.

Could you please help me out. Thank you!
