Can't access cpanel directly or otherwise

Hi,
Created an account a few hours ago. Had confirmations of account creation, however unable to access the cpanel. The lotus url does bring me a login page but with my username/pass are rejected. The latter provides a server not found error.

Any tips would be appreciated!

No...I get a login/pass box...however it's rejecting my credentials. I'm 99.999% certain the login/pass i'm using is correct.
