Can't access cPanel or Account Panel

Server: Chopin, AFAIK. Unless it's changed since I last checked.

Can't access cPanel or account panel...cPanel or anywhere else on my website never loads...and account panel says 'Invalid e-mail address or password supplied'. I've used both my forum username and e-mail address and both give the same results. I haven't changed a thing about my website or any passwords, so I'm not sure what's up.

Edit: Ok, so account panel is down right now. But cPanel shouldn't...

I also facing the same issue from past 3 days. Not able to login in account panel & control panel. Giving same error you said.

I dont know if any upgrade is happening & how long it will take.

But there is no service alert says that. Any one know the reason?

Your website is still pointed to OLD IP of chopin. Looks like your account is not successfully transferred in recent migrations.
I will notify staff about that they will get back to you soon.
