can't access cpanel or webmail

hi, i was trying to access the cpanel , https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083 . it said

hello~~ i created this account on the 5th (the day i open this ticket). it's not letting me do anything with my hosting account. I don't know how can I set up my site in 10 days. i can't access to cpanel, there's no FTP details neither.

when will it going to be resolve? or will it ever be? i try to access it without the S on https://, just it's a dead link. i can't open it.

should i just cancel this account? it's been 3 days already, i can't do a thing with this account.

If you can't access the cPanel because of the certificate warning, ignore that warning. It's a conflict between one company's secure certificate and a different company that made your computer's operating system that chose to reject that certificate.

As for ftp here are the details:

host: hkjap.x10.mx
username: your cPanel username
password: your cPanel password
port: 21
