Can't Access cPanel URL

I can log into my Account Management Panel just fine but when I click on the cPanel URL the page won't load. I just get a Page Cannot Be Displayed after several minutes of trying to load.

Any ideas?

Yes, that's the link I'm using. It was working fine this morning but hasn't been working for the last 4-5 hours.
Edit:
Seems to be working now.
