Can't access cPanel

I've just set up here, tried to access cPanel with my username and password and it continues to say attempt failed. I haven't been able to log in as of yet. I've tried 'forgot your password' but that just redirects me to the account panel on x10Hoting.

On the right side of the Account Panel (you sign on using your Forum username & password) you can change your cPanel password.
On the left side is your cPanel username and other info.

First, log in to your Account Manager here: http://x10hosting.com/login.php

Then, reset your password here: http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?resetpasswd
