Can't access cPanel

I cannot access the cPanel at the moment for my x10 site. (http://sosdancn.exofire.net)
The site itself works fine and everything loads (even FTP works), but attempts to load the cPanel time out.

The site is on the starka server. Is there some issue with the cPanel at the moment?

flush your DNS and clear your browser cache then try again

I can access that address fine, but my Account Panel is still telling me that the cPanel address is http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/

Was there some upgrade that changed the URL recently (as in, the last day or two, because http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/ worked up until very recently)?

No change in url, May be it takes time to propagate dns.

wait for some time and try again.

The starka migration is at the end of the stage. as per the http://status.x10hosting.com
