Can't access cPanel.

This has been going on for nearly 2 weeks and I've been unable to post a support ticket.

Please try to resolve soon or we'll have to move to new host as this is a busy time for us and we desperately need to update our web site.

Support tickets are redirected to post in the forums first. It's working correctly. I remember seeing your other thread about this. Please use that thread instead of posting multiple times in the support forum.

If you are unable to login into cpanel then Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username and password.
Click on Change cpanel password on Right Sidebar. and reset your password here.
