Can't access CPanel

Whenever i try to access the cPanel, I get an error message saying that the server is full and that cpanels can't be accessed to prevent something bad from happening. I only less than 50 mb for my account and only two DB's with only one row

Your account is on the Absolut server which is being migrated to another server. That could quite possibly be the cause of your issues.
