- can't access Cpanel

I've just started using X10hosting . I can't seem to access the Cpanel
https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083

though I can access the site and ftp .... any reason s for this ?

Please try resetting your cPanel password. you can reset your cPanel password through account panel.

HI Thanks for the reply - I have reset the password but am still having issue accessing the cpanael ... it's not a password problem from what I can see..

My browser reports the following ....

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at chopin.x10hosting.com:2083.
