can't access cpanel

I have been unsuccessfully trying to access c panel to update my website. I cannot seem to get in log in attempts fail no matter what I use, could you e-mail me how I am supposed to get to my account to update it, my e-mail address is: riccic_s@yahoo.com I have created request in the past and can't seem to find the answers to my questions. I liked the site until you hasd to change server location, I haven't been able to log into my account to change it since. The old log in site was:

You can reset your password through https://x10hosting.com/control/?account&password
make sure you use your cpanel login and not your forum login.
