Every time I try logging in to the cpanel I get a security exception.

level.x10hosting.com:2083 uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed.
The certificate is only valid for IWSS.TREND

(Error code: sec_error_untrusted_issuer)
When I accept the certificate I get a notice from Trend Micro.
Trend Micro InterScan Web Security Event
HTTPs Port Access Denied
HTTPS CONNECT to level.x10hosting.com denied. CONNECT to port 2083 is forbidden.
If you believe access has been denied in error, please contact your IT staff to resolve this issue.
Is there any other way I can logon to the cpanel?

I could be wrong but it sounds like an issue with the Trend Micro security program.

What do you thing I must do now? It has been 3-4 months since I last accessed cPanel. Is there any other port that I can use?

I called up the networking guys to open up 2083 port enable HTTPS on it. My problem was solved.
@romashapovalov90 I think you can clean up your DNS cache and cookies and use some new proxy server to access the Internet or contact your network admin.

Thank you!
It was a problem with LAN proxy configuration, indeed.
