Can't access cpanel

Unable to login to cpanel. I can get to the login page but after entering my id and password i get the following error message. Any ideas?

An error has occurred processing your request.

Same here. I attempted to change the password. The old password still works with ftp and I was able to get in just now. And, although the new password doesn't work to log in to the cpanel, the new password worked to sign in to this forum. At least I know it isn't just me.

I am also having the 500 error.
The furthest I got was to the page where u wait for the button to say open cPanel but instead, it would say Error

I was able to login to FTP and do my changes through the backend but I was going to buy premium so I can use SSL and other features when it would not work.. anyway, that was a day ago and now I see waiting did not solve the problem and now find my self growing ever more impatient

i am able to login to cpanel ok and access cpanel
with firefox 52.9 esr using https://x10hosting.com/sso/login
i can also access my ftp just fine.
im not seeing any errors on my end.
Maybe be sure your cookies and temp files are deleted,
dont use any ad blocking add-on's, maybe try a different browser.

if you still cannot access the cpanel you can try x10 hosting's
https://x10hosting.com/contact-us section to report your problem.
as you may get better results for those issues since the forum support
is mostly based on volunteer help and dont have access
to fix any server issues.
