Hello

That issue existed for a while but I wasn't concerned as there is a message about back-end maintenance so I thought it's something temporarily.

However, moths passed and I still cannot access cPanel or my website (http://tatianadufrey.x10host.com/).

It used to see this error:
Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

I decided to change my password today (fileZilla would throw authentication error, so I though that might help). Now it just fails to load cPanel at all.
30 inactivity emails stopped coming, and there's no message that my account was suspended when I log in or anything.

Thanks

Your account may have been purged.

Your last login prior to the last account deletion run was in November. In December, your account was eligible for suspension, and then by January it was eligible for deletion. In March, accounts pending deletion were deleted. Users were allowed to request restoration until the end of March, when that policy had run out. In the future, please don't depend on email reminders because they get sent to spam, get blocked, or in this case don't get sent. You have to login to your SSO (https://x10hosting.com/sso/main) every 30 days (not once a month).

Luckily, the admin team decided that restorations will be allowed even a month after the original deadline, so I'm requesting an admin see if that's possible for you.

Thank you very much.
I thought maintenance and no email reminders are somehow connected but will be more careful in future.

They are connected in a way, we did however only say we'd stop the AUTOMATED suspension process (which is what would have sent the email), the login requirement was never removed however.

I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.
