Can you confirm which URL you are using to access this and attempt the reset?

can you provide your user name or domain name related to your x10 account?

only staff might know your account info but helpers dont see it,.

Please re-create a new client account using your forum name here and email and we will attempt to resync your service.,

You do not need to delete your domain we will resync it.

Follow the instructions in that error. You will have to use the email address and current forum username and password to sign up.

You do not sign in, you enter these via the SIGN UP form on the front of the website.

You signed up for our premium paid hosting not our free hosting service. If you wish to keep with the premium paid service please pay the invoice accordingly.

However, if you wish to signup for free hosting you must follow the steps again described before on our main x10hosting.com site.
