Can't Access Cpanel

I sign into my account at https://x10hosting.com/login
it logs me in, I click on "Hosting Control Panel", but it doesn't go anywhere. It says that this sight cannot be reached.

My website "millsmemorial.org" doesn't come up.

Please help!

Mills Memorial Baptist Church – We are an Independent Baptist Church serving the Mayville, MI community for over 160 years.
You have been a member since 2018. Have you ever login DirectAdmin before? How long has it been since last login. You could try login directly here: https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/

Ok I checked on https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/millsmemorial.org and it says it is up also. But I still can't access it on my phone (data or wifi) or my PC. Anyone know how I can fix this? I have cleared history and cookies on both.
How long has it been since last login?

Are you using a static IP from ISP? Restart ISP router/modem. Clear dns cache (ipconfig /flushdns) for PC. Check Antivirus/Firewall software settings and up to date.

You can not reach https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/ or you just can't login?
How about https://millsmemorial.org/wp-admin

I will do these as you suggested, but to answer your question. I was ablle to access the login last week. I do not believe I have setup a static IP for this website. I can login to the account and I get all the way to the dashboard, but when I click on the Cpanel button it times out and doesn't let me access the cpanel.

Have you tried to access the hosting control panel directly? https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/

Staff may need to check DA hyperlink for the hosting control panel, have to figure it may be ISP.

Ok, I followed your suggestions.
As I said on previous answer I have had this problem since Saturday or Sunday. No changes on my side that I know about.

I cannot reach https://millsmemorial.org - I guess that's obvious...just trying to be thorough.
If I login by going to x10hosting.com, clicking on Login, Clicking on the free option and logging in I get to the dashboard like the screenshot attached.
But when I click on the button "Hosting Control Panel" a new tab opens, but I get a page that says:

This site can’t be reached​

x11.x10hosting.com took too long to respond.

I hope this helps

So the x11.x10hosting.com has your IP address. Are you using the same ISP to connect to internet on all devices? Your IP may be on the firewall.

My IP can access x11.x10hosting.com with no issues, including your domain. All devices.

Yes I am using the same ISP for each. I just turned off the wifi on my phone and was able to reach the website at millsmemorial.org. I'm sorry do you know how I can fix this?

If using Cellular Service to access internet on your home local device network, on your phone is a "Data" connection (4G, 5G). Disabling that, and enabling again should renew the ISP connection IP address. Or restarting the phone. Sometimes weather or where the phone is in the house compared to the cellular tower can cause a lost of signal. Which will disrupt response from the website the phone is communicating with.

I have my phone in the back room window sill facing the tower. Using the phones hot spot feature to connect my laptop and smart TV.

It is really not fixing the connection, just maintenance. Can be the phone needs to be restarted and cache cleaned after auto App and "system" updates.

This has been resolved. Come to find out we had someone at the church try to log in multiple times with the incorrect login. The server at x10hosting saw it as an attack and blocked the entire ipaddress which blocked anything from that router.

Thank you everyone for your help.

First of all clear your browser cache and try again. If that doesn't work, switch to a different browser. Make sure your internet connection is stable. If the problem persists, than lastly contact your hosting provider's support team and provide them with specific details about the issue. They will be able to assist you further.
