Can't access CPanel

When I try to enter Cpanel I can't, I get this response:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.


Could somebody help me?, mi user is tamoquera and the domain is www.tamoquera.com.

I'm finding a termination for your account which took place on 12/22/07 with the reason Suspended for extended period of time, terminated automatically.

I was reviewing the mails with the conditions and the next due payment date is 01/09/2008 (September 2008). I paid for hosting on 1/0September/2007 when I change the hosting type. Somebody can help me?
