Can't access Fantastico

I cannot access Fantastico.
"Fantastico is not installed at the default location /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico. Either move the Fantastico directory from it's current location to /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico OR enable ioncube loaders in WHM -> Tweak settings."
Also, we are not allowed to create new databases in phpMyAdmin?

FYI I'm having the same problem with Fantastico. It worked yesterday. I hope the configs can be done ASAP, thanks.

Chopin - Done

thats what it says...but im on starka and mine doesnt work...give it time i guess...

Fantastico is disabled. You can use the Softaculous.

On Lotus, Softaculous is the free version, ie only half the scripts and missing almost all the popular ones (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc)

On Chopinnew, there is no Softaculous.

Even though the server move complete, there are lots of tweaks has to be done. I think this one comes to that part.
