Can't access free hosting account

I was on Fris, then the trouble began. After that, I was moved onto Starka, but I can't access the free hosting account. However, my website, which is Joomla and works on PHP/MySQL, works! I also need to setup a BBPress forum site on my account, which requires PHP and MySQL.

What do you mean by you can't access your account?
Your website has a Joomla install that seems to work fine. You should be able to install a forum likewise.

Just a guess, but I think OP may be having trouble getting to their cPanel and / or account panel.

Oh, sorry. What I meant was that I can't login to the Starka cPanel. Still, it seems that my cPanel account seems to work because my Joomla is working.

Try resetting your cPanel password: http://tutorials.x10.mx/updatepassword.html
Then use this cPanel URL: http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/
