Can't access hosted site and Cpanel username not recognised?

Hi,

I can't access my site: http://wizkids.pcriot.com:2082/

And then trying to login to hosting account: http://x10hosting.com/account I get "Link your hosting account..." message,
and then "An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.".

Account username should be "raysidem" - same as my forum user name. Also note that I unsuspended it within last two weeks..and have had no other message or emails about suspension or anything?

Can you please advise me what I may have done wrong or whats going on?

Reason: Suspended for extended period of time, terminated automatically.

You are welcome to sign-up for a new account (If you do please visit http://x10hosting.com/logout first). However there is no way to recover your data.

Why did that happen? I signed in less than two weeks ago! Very disappointed.

What we expect is for members to follow the terms of service they agree to when signing up.

You did not sign into the forums for two weeks. Your account was suspended. After *10* days of it being suspended and you not claiming it, it was removed.
