can't access leonoremarie.x10host.com

I have two websites at x10host.com registered to the same email address but suddenly http://leonoremarie.x10host.com disappeared. Did I violate the terms by having two websites? I can log in with the user name for leonoremarie.x10host.com but the CPanel won't open.

Still can't access it though it was up for a few hours. Now it's down again.

Users may only have active a single account at any given time, signing up for multiple accounts will result in a suspension of service.
