Can't access my C-Panel

I sign on every month, but today when I went in to make changes. I am getting a warning that the sites certificate has expired and when I said to go anyway, I am now getting

An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

No matter how many times I click retry, I can't get in my c-panel. Can help me or tell me what is going on, please?

Hi there. This problem has happened to me on previous occasions and I have been able to access the cPanel via the URL:

https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/

You are blacklisted due to too many attempts to log in.

For now the C panel/https://x10hosting.com/sso/login access will not work.
please see this post made by support staff to see why, and what you can try.

if you were blacklisted it is likely from to many failed login attempts.
and only staff can unblock you should that happen.
