Can't access my cachewall

Hi, I can't access my cachewall tru my cpanel, everytime I click the cachewall link/icon then I redirected to the cachewall page and see this message.. "An error has occurred. Please report this problem with our support team."

No, I'm on xo5, but its okay now. I can access my cachewall again.

I am getting the same message now while accessing the Cashewall. Anyone knows how could this been resolved?
Or is there any other way to disable the cache?
