cant access my cp

When I try to access my CP it tells me I need to link my account to my forum account, then when I enter my forum account name it says it doesnt exist, please help

I have tried looking for a registration link for cPanel on the X10 site and also on cPanel.net with no success.

This account was registered a fair while ago so I may not have received the cPanel email?
