cant access my cpanel

hi i cant open my cpanel and also i cant open pcriot.com... it seems dns error... :dunno::dunno:
i can access forum password and username and cant login in to x10hosting.com
my details are as follows... please do the needful its urgent

I checked in our logs, and the account chani was found to be terminated on December 27th after being in a suspended state for more then 10 days.
